thankyou very much Helen for your lovely comment, I just loved doing the online lesson and having the followup video to finish the painting. It is fantastic that Dennis is taking the time to pass on his skill.

superb job Lyn  :heeha:  :painting:

to add the photo in after uploading to your gallery, you go view the photo. It then shows you your BBC embed code. You then simply copy and paste that code in. It looks like this :
Code: [Select]
[smg id=number]

here is Erica's cosmos too, I don't recall seeing it in the thread :

Don't worry about it, mine also looked like one big mess before and after I painted in the flowers it started to look like something.  ;)

Virtually anything you do will look "terrible" until the masking fluid comes off. It's the same with a painting without a frame   and when is it framed it "suddenly" looks beautiful ;)

Thankyou Dennis and Nolan and everyone else for your comments. Dennis I now want to do more with this medium, i really enjoyed looking at your watercolours, such inspiration. I'm looking forward to the replay of the online lesson for this coming monday (I cant be online because of prior appt) but need to learn as much as i can. My attempt at the watercolor. Has some issues, but overall I'm pleased with it.  Not as easy as you make it look, Dennis! :)
There is an issue with it, but I keep telling myself Mother Nature isn't perfect, so I painted my picture to match.  ;D
