Jeepney from PHilippines
The moment you find yourself mostly satisfied with a painting and think you'll "just quickly" do this or that, that's the moment to stop completely. Take the painting off your easel and put it aside for at least 24 hours, then reassess whether it really needs that tweak.

:heeha: Fantastic Pat! This is much like the chicken buses here in Guatemala. I'll have to post some photos, they do them up to the nines here. Chrome and lights galore!

Love it!!!
Cheers, Val

I did get it out again and cleaned up a few spots that were muddied amongst other things. It's never a matter of throwing the dice and getting it right every time, but i kept throwing them anyway for an hour...i will say one small thing here..............i added a hint of cerulean blue (it's not in the post) around the very edges of the dark shadow of the jeepney on the pavement. I understand the sky blue is reflected most at edges of shadows....i liked what it did, but if i looked another 2 seconds I'd be erasing it....!

I put it UP away in the closet Val. Even that amount of distance is better than against the wall here! No, i got alot of great comments on it and that's it, no more.
