I do not know and would like to restore it somehow.

I really need only one color and doesn't have to be perfect. Any tips?

it is impossible to tell if it is an oil or acrylic painting from a photo. One would need to see and feel it to tell and even then it is often extremely hard to tell sometimes :-\

Read somewhere that if turp is gently rub (obviously on the back), it would lift oil but not acrylic paint.  If this is correct it would mean turb brakes down oil but not plastic. Is this correct?

I am not so sure, I tried before and red acrylic would tint the kitchen paper rool.

Rubbing alcohol lifts acrylic and latex but not oil.
