Ya think I'm rushing the seasons a little bit? I just had to paint an autumn painting! It's been so hot and sticky here. I did it in the middle of the night when it was cooler and pretended it was fall! :2funny:
Would love to hear any comments and critiques.

   I didn't see a photo that would fit the title in your gallery. Try uploading and reposting the photo Robyn.

ROBYNANN, your autumn tree really stands out as the focal point in this wonderful composition.  The light on the tree and leaves on the ground as well as highlighted grass area and stream invite the viewer into your beautiful scene.  Well done with the  depth perspective leading to the  trees in the distance, and good contrasts of temperatures from the foreground to background.  Well done, ~Liz

It definitely looks cooler than your hot August night...But warmer than here at the moment. I'm going to imagine I'm there, refreshed, instead of cold and damp. Looks so peaceful too. Love it.

Robynan: I like the stream of light on the background.  It gives the impression of depth.  Good job.  :yippee: :yippee:
