Hi there
Thank you, it means alot all the encouragement  you all give here.
My first real pastel was done at a vic bearscroft workshop a black cat called leon, on the 16th june. I am now practicing portraits for awhile to see if i can eventually draw my mum in pastel.
 :thankyou: :smitten: :painting:

Hi, thank you everyone for your lovely comments. For a long time i was reluctant to do colour, i dabble a little but i decided to do the vic bearcroft workshop and to my surprise found i really enjoyed it !  One thing that had put me off was getting diry hands! I'm not prissey , i'll get stuck in to most things but i really don't like getting paint and stuff on my hands. But i managed to use pastel and kept relevtively clean. Surprise surprise!
Take care all  :thankyou: :smitten: :painting:
