 :thankyou: :thankyou:

Linley, Dennis and Sharon, and all others that have provided help.

The glassware, background and cheese were all completed before Harvey and were my main focus for the painting.  I like how the other elements worked out just the same.

The photo shows the loose oatmeal all pointed to the one glass.  For what ever reason, they seem much more random on the original.  I started to change that yesterday but decided I didn't need too.

Thanks again and to Nolan, for providing such a excellent series on how to pull this off.

Charles

Hope things are getting back to normal there, Charles.

Love the painting.  You did an excellent job.

The glasses and bottle are so perfectly done.  Lovely satiny look to the background.

Be proud of this one!

Thanks Mea!

Things are not back to normal, but as good as they could be.  Hope to be back in our house in January.

Thanks for your continued support here.

:flowers: :flowers: :flowers: Good going, Charles!  Superb job on your painting!  You have kept ‘cool, calm and collected’ under your circumstances, proving that you can produce great art in a garage studio amidst your boxes of household goods, while waiting for your home to be restored and made beautiful once more! ~Liz

Thanks Liz,

We are just getting by the best we can, recognizing how fortunate we are.

Just started on my next venture, a knife painting of the old Chania Harbor in Crete.

Must have thought I was Nolan or someone else, but without the skill.  Really made a mess, letting it dry and plotting a new attack on the canvas.

Having fun though somewhat frustrated for at least a few hours.

Charles
