It is a different program.  Adobe Sketchbook.  I have procreate too, and I will move to that one and/or art studio for color.  Sketchbook is the one I found with all the pencils.

Wonderful! I will download that tonight.  :thankyou: Mysti.  :flowers:

your berry drawings are looking beautiful :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:

You can still add more contrast to the berries themselves. The extra contrast will make them look even rounder.

Thank you!  I am not sure what adding more contrast is exactly.  Does that mean lighter lights and darker darks?

Correct!  O0     That will give your work more dimension and have it popping off the page.  :heeha:

Thank you!  I will have some drawing time tomorrow and will work on it.  I am still amazed I was able to draw anything resembling the berries.

I added more contrast to the berries and I can see what you both meant by them being rounder and popping more.  I also did a little more work on a couple of the shadows and those two flat leaves.  Here is the new one with the old one for comparison.

Wow! Now that's definition.  O0   Great improvement, you just need to keep aware that the darks don't form strong bands of colour by softening and blending into the gradations. It can be a lot to take in but will become easier with practice. You are far and away now, can't wait to see your next lesson.

Thank you, Val.  I really appreciate the feedback.  I could see that it wasn't as good a gradient, but I wasn't sure how to do the gradient with the higher contrast in such a small space as the berry.  Hopefully that is just something that practice will make better.

One little trick you can add to your arsenal is to take one of your light pencils (2h, 4h) and with the lightest of touches run it over the darker edges. It helps, but here it comes again.....gets better with practice!  ;)    ;D

    Mysti your second set of berries is a great improvement. Take Val's advice for she is so wise. She put me on the right path as I also struggled with my drawings being too light when Val suggested what I should do and what a difference it has made to my drawings!!!

:thankyou: Thank you Kathy, Val, and Patricia.  I am starting over again on my rocks.  I was too focused on the minutia again and not seeing the overall image as I drew it.  I am using your advice, Val and hopefully I will be able to get better gradients this time.  Rocks are a favorite of mine, so I would like these to look good at the end.
