:thankyou:  Nolan for another very interesting lesson. Unfortunately, I had to work on it when I could due to moving home. My drawing also differs slightly from yours because your pdf of the drawing was not available in the handouts which just had the original photograph, the black and white version and your drawing, so I copied my own which I see, also differs very slightly from the original ... must be old age kicking in!!!  Nevertheless it was such an enjoyable lesson as always for which many thanks.  Comments and critiques are always welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

Different is good!  O0     Different shows how much you have grown and that yes, you can work on your own pieces with great results. Another big step in your artistic development. Well done Patricia.  O0

It is a lovely place to be isn't it? I thank you for Patricia for your never ending support for PB and all its members, you are a great inspiration and asset.

Anything I do is just a small part and would be nothing without the wonderful wizardry of our Dennis & Nolan.  :yippee:
Cheers, Val

Oh! Val, I agree totally, that without Dennis and Nolan, we could never have achieved such a lovely place to be in but it also takes members like you, Mea and so many others to make it a "home" where we feel comfortable, receive the support and encouragement that we need and while you may think that anything you do is just a small part, I beg to differ for I have found that the answer to many of the problems we encounter, not only in life but in art too, is within our sight but we can't see it and that is where you, Mea, Nolan and Dennis and many others come in, to show us and suggest a better way. Just to give you an example is me struggling with darkening my drawings for I have always been afraid of going too dark until you suggested using a darker pencil ... a simple but profound solution which has made such a difference to my art and is evident in my current drawings and for which I will be eternally grateful to you.  So you see, the small part you think you play is really not, it is HUGE and makes such a difference in our lives and happiness. So once again a very big  :thankyou: for making the PB what it is.  :flowers: :flowers: :flowers: :flowers: :flowers: :flowers: :flowers:

My fondest dream is to get to hug those two wizards in person some day!!

If they hadn't started PB, I'd have a dull life!!

Me too Mea, I just don't know where I would be and like you said, my life would have been awfully dull for sure. Just wish that I had more hours in a day to pursue my art but I guess it will come one of these days when I finally get settled in this townhouse.
