Thank you, Elisabeth, Patricia, Sharon.
Sharon, I am thrilled to have painted a blue sky! I don't know if this is possible with WC. Maybe a number of coatings.

I am sure this challenge was much easier to paint in acriylics than watercaolours have proven to be, Gita- Well done.

Good Luck everyone.

Val, I seemed to have missed your pastel. A very creative rendition. The blue of the sky is so bright!

:thankyou:  Cath, your comments are always appreciated.  Cath, I saw your submission in the Gallery but can't seem to find it in the challenge.  Perhaps I am not looking properly or otherwise you haven't posted it yet.    Patricia

Thank you Cath, If was a nice change to paint with acrylics again. I think Dennis has a class of using acrylics like WC, have to check that.
Thank you Val!

Patricia,   It was such a mess, that I decided not to enter it.

Harald:      Lovely instensive, blue sky.   Which medium did you use - acrylics?

Mary-Lou:   I certainly agree with you that the sky was a real challenge in watercolours.   Well done!

Val:     :) The pastels appear to be a good medium for this little yellow  bird challenge.
It appears that the different mediums take over, telling us to finish up, when we fiddle too much.  Mine is a real
            right  mess.   :(

 :gl: everyone.

Cath, saw your rendition in your items. The bird is well done, the background is problematic with WC.

Patricia, if you are searching for a painting of an artist, click on the avatar photo. You can see the profile details of the artist.  Above "Summery" you see 3 tabs. Click on "media" and then "view items" in the drop down menu. You can then see all the paintings ( photos) of the artist. Hope this helps. 🙂

Gita - that is what happens sometimes when you rush things, and try painting in a different style.
