Dennis will be giving a live Paint-a-Long in just over 2 days in the OnlineArtLessons site.

(Because of time zones please watch the Count Down Counter so as not to miss the event.)

A handout is available for the template and reference photograph.
Subject is a Still Life and includes glass.

Dennis, I do not see the template on the page with the clock.  It would be nice to know what supply to get together before the class starts.  Thanks.
Cheers, Annie

Annie, on the HOME PAGE you will find HANDOUT to the right of the clock. Click on that for the template. It has the photo as well.

Dennis, this is the paint- a-long result, just thought to present this to know your opinion. The changes I wanted to make is to add some additional subject to the right side, since there is so much space. Do I have to paint a  white underground on the dark background before going this? Thanks for an answer. I can't wait to continue with this....
I would love to see the paintings of others who took part yest.

This is coming along beautifully, Gita.  Great job on the glass.

I will try it, but use my gouache paints instead.

Great Gina!  You did a good job.

That was a really fun and educational class.  After sleeping over it, mine doesn't look as bad this morning  :2funny: , but still needs lot more washes.  I think they were to thick yesterday and it kept covering the underlying layer.  This wash technique is different from blending oils.

Annie, grapes are so good, so the glass has yet to be done, looking forward to the finished painting.  :smiley6600:
