When using the colour mixing rules, you need to use the primary AND the secondary colours or it won't work well - there is too large a difference between the 3 primaries to use them alone.

Hi Nolan! Thanks for the video. So are you saying I should buy 6 containers of paint (primary and secondary colors)? Or can I just mix the secondaries from my primaries at the beginning of every time I sit down to paint?

my recommended list of paints to buy is in the equipment lesson on Paint Basket TV O0

If you can't then you would mix the secondaries as and when you need them
