Nolan,

This looks really challenging.  Looks like lots of skills to acquire in this one.

Oh my!  :heeha: THis is a must do! I was going to take the "How to draw an ear" class next but this will give me ears and MUCH more all in one. Thanks for the fun lessons, Nolan.  :yippee:

WOW! Nolan, what an interesting and rather challenging lesson. Thank you. Unfortunately the photograph I took has shown the right eye, as you look at the drawing, to be lighter than the left one but they are actually the same tonal value.  Comments and critiques are always welcomed.  Thank you.

:heeha: Whoa! How did you do that so fast, Patricia? Nolan just posted that today and it is a 3.5 hour class!  :heeha: Yikes, I am super impressed. Not only is your drawing fabulous, you drew it in record time. Huge appaluase from me! :congrats:

:thankyou:  Kathy for your lovely comments.  Don't be fooled Kathy, the lesson was actually on the AOL site last evening and I started it immediately as I only seem to have the evenings to do my art. However, because of bad weather today, I stayed in all day and was able to put the finishing touches to the drawing. As much as I would like to be speedy, it is not the truth but thanks for the few minutes of "fame"  :2funny:

Patricia,

AMAZING - I am still in the when-can-I get-time-to-do-this stage and you've already got it done!

And done so, so well.

Awesome work you do!

:thankyou: :thankyou:  So much Gita and Mea for your super comments.  Mea, I understand exactly what you are saying for I am in the same situation.  I felt so overwhelmed with the backlog and I didn't like the feeling so decided that I had to either sink or swim!!  So far, I am swimming but who knows how long I can keep it up but I am trying. Hopefully, in the New Year, things will settle down.

:thankyou:  Win for your lovely comments and yes, I find it extremely difficult to capture a likeness in portraiture but hopefully in another 73 years I will get it right  :2funny: :2funny:
