This is something new I am going for: digital painting with the IPad Pro. Its real fun and highly addictive.

:heeha: Oh how fun Gita. Is this the newer iPad? I just may have to upgrade and give it a try.

Kathy, it's the new IPad Pro with the pencil stylus. The App which I'm using to draw is called Pro create. It took me some time to learn some features of this App with so many possibilities to create something at all.
I found it exiting to import a picture to create the outlines! The colouring is up to ones own creativity. I'm traveling at present, so that this gadget is absolutely fun- especially using the stylus!   :D

Gita it looks lovely but I know feathers about digital painting.  I have read on some sites that digital painting is not permitted but what that means, as I said, I don't know.  I can barely find my way around the computer let alone anything else.  :crazy2:

Very nice job, Gita!   So, the iPad is getting more like my Surface Pro. I love the pencil on my Surface. I use it quite a bit. What software are you using to draw?

:thankyou: Steve. The app is called pro create for 6 €, worth the price. I find the stylus more convenient than on the surface for drawing.

Patricia,Mea,  I am a curious person, I want to try media which is new to me and find out what pleases me. Actually a lot of movie stuff and comic films have been created digitally. When I watch these films it is fascinating to see what creativity lies behind it. For e.g. The movie Avatar. Another thing which is pleasing is that you just need your IPad and a stylus and you give a go.

:thankyou: Danielle. I am sure there are tools to create a painting look like WC or acrylic etc. I used the airbrush here.

Gita, I tried to look up some videos on You Tube but am still none the wiser. I have Photoshop 14 Elements which I have had for a while now and still don't know how to use it ... not that I have tried too much.  :crazy2:   Anyway, it will be interesting to see how you like it.

My first attempt of self portrait - I think there is a lot of similarity...  :D. One could endlessly work on this, I chose to stop. Do comment   :eyesclosed:

O0 Nice Gita.  It's an interesting study doing a self portrait, isn't it? Do you have a photo that you are following for this portrait? I'd love to look at them side by side since I don't really know your features that well.

Very nice, Gita!   I would try a self-portrait, but every mirror I looked into shatters into thousands of pieces! ;)
