A few from Bike Week here in Daytona Beach, my wife, and some from visit to Michigan.

The moment you find yourself mostly satisfied with a painting and think you'll "just quickly" do this or that, that's the moment to stop completely. Take the painting off your easel and put it aside for at least 24 hours, then reassess whether it really needs that tweak.

:heeha: Wonderful shots Pat, you must have a horrendous time picking ones to paint! I have trouble sorting through mine and they are nowhere as good as yours!  :D

Your wife is looking as lovely as ever. I have a Filipino cruising friend that we only get to see each other sometimes years apart, she never seems to age. Seems your wife has the same problem!  ;D Hardly fair is it?!  :2funny:
Cheers, Val

Thanks Val, i use alot of doctoring up though too in photoshop remember. I don't think I'll be back here to remind me of painting. I wish i could just have a friend and email to converse with. I'm just so HURT from the failure of every painting i have done.

Val, i did post that i fixed it. Hopefully, it's as good if not a hair better. NOt sure because I'm not getting it out this morning and find out. I HAS TO BE close though and that's good enough. It wasn't a mona lisa to begin with so the eyes don't have to be super great. I think i got it though and i'm sure anyone would appreciate it as a "completed" painting.
