Hello,

I just wanted to joint the enthusiast of the "Let's Draw Course" with my drawings. I have got to the part where a part of a homework was posting it, so here's a few of my exercises from the first part of the course. Posting them today is like a milestone. Wow, I finally did it!.. I will post them one by one in the following posts.  :thankyou:

And all the best to my fellow students!!!!!!! :thank you:

   Hey there, Pav. You have been busy. Your drawings are excellent.  I am especially drawn to your rocks that are  somewhere on earth. Your drawing looks so much like the rock formations on Mt Rubidoux in Riverside California. I have climbed those rocks and walked those trails and roads so many times. I feel like I'm there when I look at your drawing.   :smitten:

Great job on these, Pav.

Love the shine on the round disc.

Old barn looks great.

Good scumbling on the fish.

Nice crosshatching on the teddy bear.

Hmmm... not sure that there is someplace on earth that looks quite like the rocks that look like Okinawan sweet potatoes.

Rock planes are good, but could use a few darker spots.

The berries look very well done.

But, my favorite is the pencil and eraser land and seascape.  Love that one!!

Great to see you again Pav!  :heeha:

You have been busy! Each drawing shows improvement from one to the next.  O0 All very well done.

Excellent Pav, you have really taken to drawing like a duck to water!  :boat: (couldn't find a duck).

 :thank you: to everyone!

The drawing "Somewhere on Earth" is based on a picture from the Manual (p. 85). The picture is not described, but I think it must be somewhere in New Zealand :2funny: Maybe someone knows this place? Maybe it's even in California? :yippee:

I hope to get back to the course soon, working now on the transferring and rescaling (p. 165).

 :thankyou:
