Having finished my 'Tulip' painting today, I want to be able to move it off the Easel so I can start on the 'Rose' project. I just tried to take it off and ended up putting finger marks along the sides where the paint was still very wet. (stupid me, I only just decided to paint those deep edges a few days ago!).
Now, I have to paint back over these very obvious marks  :tickedoff:
So, it's time for an invention!  ....   :coffee:.... Ah! ....'Drawing Pin Gloves'!
I'm gonna make 'em this afternoon and see if the idea to use them for transporting the canvas to a different area with very little damage, works! I'll let 'ya know and post a picture.....

I'm pleased to announce that the concept works very well! I've managed to move my Tulip painting off the Easel and hung on the wall upstairs to dry! My 'Artists Pin Gloves' need a little tweaking. Lots more tiny pins on the finger ends. You have to have them on the little finger too. As you can see by the rubber gloves where the paint managed to get on where I didn't have a pin in. Also, your fingers grip at different angles than 'ya realise. I adjusted just before I gripped the canvas.
This is worth making as a product and I will make a pair knowing now that the concept works fine.
Here are the pics:

:2funny: Does the picture come across as if I've 'hung' it on the ceiling?!
I took the pic from halfway down the stairs to show the ladder in.
How to get a painting on my ceiling? Now there's an idea....Michael Angelo, I need help! Okay, Leonardo Da Vinci was a great inventor so, I'll have to call on him from beyond!  :D

I love inventing! It's a man thing. We can't multi task but, the ladies sure cause lots of problems needing inventive solutions!  :2funny:

That's good, Nolan... Sounds a little too complicated for me, though.  :2funny:
