Title: Unsure of what to do.
Post by: ArtByG on February 28, 2014, 07:47:39 AM
I have been commissioned to paint this photo. I'm not sure whether to paint it as is or crop out some parts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Georgie,

Cute kids.  I'd just cut off the one and a half boards to the far right.  Or maybe just the half board if you wanted to keep the full shadow of the boy's hand.  I like the way it has the kids to one side, not centered.

Otherwise, I'd leave it alone.

Good luck.

Thanks, Mea. Your comments are appreciated. I agree with you. I may cut off some of the boards to the right.

Well that makes perfect sense, Nolan.
