Post by: nolan on December 06, 2012, 01:24:21 PM
Rita drew this drawing of our dog we had in South Africa while busy with the Lets Draw course, then she surprised me by posting it to me  :heeha:

Thank you so much Rita  :flowers: , Wauzi is now hanging in our entrance hall where we can see him every day  :yippee: :smitten:

Wauzi was the most gentle, patient and tolerant of all dogs I've ever seen with small children.

The small children I understand .... but Nolan?  >:D

I know he is sorely missed by all the family, now you have a lovely gift that keeps him close. I'm so happy  :'(

Wow! That is great!
I'm not sure about that shadowy figure caught in the picture teasing the poor Dog with biscuits!  :D

Hi Nolan,  :yippee:  this is the best start of my day, seeing Wauzi framed. I was a little worried because i wasn't sure if my letter had arrived. I've send it four weeks ago and i knew that it would take 7 days to arrive in New Zealand, and after that it was only waiting...and waiting :coffee:  :coffee: .
I'm not sure how i missed this post yesterday, but i am so happy with it  :smitten: . I loved drawing Wauzi and was very happy with the final drawing. And after discovering that it is Nolan's beloved dog they had to leave behind, this was the first that pop up my mind. And i am so happy to know that you and your family can see Wauzi now every day. Wauzi is now on the only place he has to be, by his family.

Thank you Nolan, Natalie, Tania, Val, Dennis, Lynn, Denise, Lillian and Tony for your lovely and warm comments.  :flowers: :flowers: :flowers:

I received the drawing before going on holiday already, but didn't want to say anything until he was framed

Well, you know how to surprise someone, and make that person very nervous too :2funny: , but i am so happy that you waited, Wauzi looks just great in his beautiful frame. Thank you for sharing and change my day in a perfectly, awesome day.
