Nice photos, Val, could make nice landscape paintings. I love the colors.
Beautiful place to visit but looks quite foreign to me. I think I'd have to remember to bring a big jug of water along if I stayed there for long and a guide.

Lived half of my life in South Africa in areas similar to that.
Finished my schooling at Philipstown and Pertrusville in the Karoo, northern Cape. Loved every moment of it.
