Looking for Tree Pictures
« on: May 10, 2012, 07:10:39 PM »
I remember Nolan saying to observe and collect tree pictures.

Here are just 2 of the trees I happened to notice on my recent weekend on the Big Island of Hawaii.  There's a tall, skinny tree with branches all on one side!
The other is crooked and snarly looking.  I was mainly interested in trunk shapes  and branches, not really looking at leaves (which I should have done also!)

Whoah! Liz, that looks a beautiful place to holiday! The trees do look amazing and show just how different they can grow.
Hey, I want that Rhino! I can use it when Sue is bossing me around! She'll run like the wind!

Penny, my trees before this were straight or slightly leaning, but now I can be more creative with hang over trunks or do a drunk tree!   ;)

Tony, you're so FUNNY!  You would have loved the beautiful horses and huge statues on the grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa and all the Asian and European art in the long promenade and lobby areas.  Also, I saw Monet's water lilies in colors you wouldn't believe!  Do you suppose Nolan has a place for me to share lily pond pictures for someone who wants to paint colorful water lily leaves?  A couple friends sent me photos but the leaves were only green.

 :thankyou: Liz.

There is a section on the forum to add photos that others may use. I have actually moved this thread of yours into that section to make these photos easier for others to find O0
